Q: I just got my foundation, but my pump isn’t working?

A: These are air pump bottles. If you find that your foundation isn’t pumping through the pump, unscrew your pump from the bottle, open it to allow air in, then screw the pump back on and foundation should start pumping through. (If issues continue, please do not hesitate to contact us).

Q: How can I find my shade online?

A: We have added a virtual "Find your Shade" quiz to make finding your shade online easier. Once you complete the quiz it will pull up the shades in your suggested shade range. We are still working on a more direct shade finding quiz,  in the meantime, there are simple questions that you can answer to help and assist you in finding your right shade.
